whampoa 2day.. got gold, something to celebrate for the team. but 2day i damn fucked up. i dunno wat the hell i have been doing be4. ball foot no ball foot. stupid left feet. that time spar with wayne, the clash with his elbow was super long ago lah. y just u cant give a proper ball foot. its not as if the pain is unbearable when doing ball foot. n only requires 3 of them. the damn foot just dont give my ball foot. i believe that u are the one who caused me to be so singled legged now. stance all damn sucks. even sir also say that the steps too big. n i know its really big.. n y the hell have i been doing these 2 days when i self train at home. go step on the competition ground, leg keep shaking. a simple front kick also can lose balance.. and its like the whole step just go off. a simple punch, easy enough rite, can punch and shake.
seriously i think that we won not coz we pro.. is coz others not as good. just feel that i dragged the team down 2day. pple talk to me, but when i not happy with myself, it just wont work. haizz.. feel very dui bu qi to sir cc, sir johnboy, and my teammates. all got so much confidence in us.. what gold medal team lah, what got high expectations. i also have high expectations, but it just sucks to screw up at the most crucial moment. anywae.. this marks the end of poomsae. Sparing competitions to come up 1 by 1.
to train to be 2 footer, next time spar with sir xinde must tell him this:
spar with him at 60%, for every right turning kick initiated attack, give me a 100% kick. for every non scoring right turning kick, give me a 100% headshot. for every shld initiate attack which i stood still, give me 100% kick.
train hard for sparing. not to drop below my expectations again. dropping below my expectation is the only thing that can piss me off it think. nvr again...
