friday went np get goodie bag.. after gaining some experience in sp, i brought my sec school blue ezlink to get the bag.. ^^

the notebook very nice.. other than that, i think nothing le bah.. went to find sensei Han to learn drawing.. saw a lot T1 and also ex 01 de pple.. vivien, weini, liyi, enlin.. lol.. so qiao.. i drew sujay running.. HAHA later shall c if got a photo of it or not.

went running 2day. WOW i ran 10 rounds in the stadium watching soccer at the same time, took 32 mins to run 10 rounds.. haizz its too long. i've made up my training schedule for the year.

run 4km in less than 25 mins or 20 mins even better.
run 10km in less than an hr.
run 15km in less than 1 hr 40 mins.
run 20km in less than 2 hr 30 mins.
run nike 10 km run.
train for 30 km.
take part in standard chartered marathon, stay to what i train to 30km, walk and run the rest of the 12.195km.
7:20 pm
